I bought a DVD and it did not work in my player, or the VHS tape you sent me was damaged when I opened the package, what do I do?
Answer:
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all DVD and Video products. We can either replace it with the VHS version, or refund your money (including shipping costs) completely. Send me an e-mail telling us what is wrong, and we will try to do our very best to make it right.
Within 30 days of receipt, any defective items may be returned for an exchange of the same item only.

Question:
I live outside of the United States, will your videos work in my DVD player or VCR?
Answer:
All of our DVD and Video tapes are recorded in NTSC (standard American) format. We currently do not have the capability of recording in PAL or SECAM format for other countries that use that video standard. Before ordering, please check to see if your VCR or DVD will play NTSC format videos.
Question:
How long will it take to get my order, and is it wrapped discreetly?
Answer:
CREDIT CARD orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Our primary credit card processor is "Netbilling". Your transaction will appear as "PW Enterprises" on your credit card statement. All transactions are transmitted via secure servers.
MAIL ORDERS are not processed until payment has been received in full. If paid via money order, these orders are shipped within one business day of receipt. No personal checks, please!
Print your order and write a statement saying you are of legal age to view porn. Sign and date itand include it with your payment.

We do ship my videos internationally, but have no control over customs in other countries. As such we cannot be held responsible for videos that are confiscated. We will make every effort to ensure that our videos reach their final destination. We will only ship to the UK. Below is a list of hostile areas in the US that we will not ship to.
